FAQs

Wear clothes that you can move in & layers that you can remove as you get warm. Trackies, leggings, gym gear & sensual outfits are all welcome!
Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, a journal & pen.
I’ll provide you with a yoga mat, blanket, and yoga blocks as needed.
As we may use the pole, please remove and bracelets, rings and watches so we don’t scratch or damage the pole.
-
Nope! Definitely not. We won’t be focussing on choreographed routines, just free-flowing movement. If the whole group is keen to learn a few pole spins, we may bring that into the class. But otherwise, our movement is an expression of ourselves, meaning there is no right or wrong way to move or dance.
-
That’s okay. Life is busy, and sometimes things get in the way. While I won’t be able to share the week’s practices with you, I can ensure that theory notes are sent out the day after class.
-
This cohort is an in-person course. However, sign up for my newsletter to hear if I decide to make a virtual course in the future.
-
This course is open to women, femmes, and non-binary beings. I haven’t got enough experience working alongside men and want to be honest about this being outside of my scope of practice.
-
As a provisionally registered counselor, I am happy to hold space for you after class or via email. Otherwise, you are welcome to book a counseling session with me if you have found areas where you want to do some deeper work.

Payment plans are available upon request. We can set up either weekly or fortnightly payments based on what suits your needs.
“There are two snakes dancing in unison within each of us. Kundalini, a form of divine shakti energy starts at our Mūladhāra and moves upwards to the Sahasrara to allow us to reach our highest consciousness, our Shiva. It is our power, a formless aspect of the Goddess, our Maharani. Nurtured and nourished through breath, mantra, movement, and mudras. This rising energy and dance of the snakes within us is our Maharani Movement.”
