Come Home to Your Wholeness
Trauma-Informed Counselling & Embodied Healing for People of Colour
“Let’s heal what our ancestors were never allowed to heal.”
You’ve Always Known How to Survive.
But now, maybe you’re longing for something more.
A deeper exhale. A space to soften.
A place where you don’t have to explain your culture, translate your pain, or leave parts of yourself outside the room.
Maybe you’re feeling:
🌿 Disconnected from your body, culture, or spiritual self
🌿 Tired of being the strong one—the helper, the holder, the healer
🌿 Carrying memories that show up as tightness, restlessness, or numbness
🌿 An inner knowing that talk therapy alone isn’t enough
But you don’t want anything performative or fluffy either
This Is That Space
I’m Ashley—an Anti-Oppressive Counsellor, Sound, Tantra Yoga and Yin Practitioner of Fijian-Indian descent. I support people of colour to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, ancestral wisdom, and inner knowing.
My work honours both science and spirit, combining Western therapeutic practices with Eastern traditions I’ve grown up with—including the 8-limbed path of Yoga, Sound healing, and Tantra.
Together, we create a space for healing that is practical, embodied, sacred, and culturally resonant.
What It Feels Like to Work Together
People often say sessions feel like:
Finally being seen in your fullness, without needing to perform strength
Coming home to parts of yourself that were buried or silenced
Grieving things you didn’t know you were carrying
Reconnecting to your body as a site of wisdom—not just pain
Feeling gently held, without pressure to be “healed” by a certain time
You don’t need to be spiritual. You don’t need to know anything about yoga.
You just need to bring your whole, beautiful, complex self.
